Overview of services
I have a background is in social science and cultural studies. My interest lies in culture and identity and their universal expressions. I approach this through the lens of humanism, and how we adapt to the rapid or slow impact of trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, neurodiversity and their manifestations.
I have worked for many years with various charities, with those who feel marginalised within expressions of family, community, institutions or society. My approach is from a Person-centred and a humanistic perspective, for we are all unique with potential to heal and find our solutions to change things in our life.
I will accompany you on that journey of discovery and exploration with talking therapy and other traditional symbolic forms of expressions through the medium of art and poetry, for example mandalas.
I will provide the opportunity for you to explore possibilities in a safe and secure space for very human expressions of joy, sorrow, hope and loss; in this process we may pay attention to your thoughts, feelings and physical sensations; in essence exploration and empowerment.
You can book a free consultation/enquiry session; We can discuss availability and affordability; and can explore through conversation or an assessment how I can assist on your life’s journey.
I work with people of all ages and backgrounds, Monday to Thursday 10.00am to 4.45pm, sessions last 50 min, these hours can be flexible, and I am available for home visits.
